In order to assure your date is booked, please respond to all emails pertaining to your order within 72 hours of our response. We cannot guarantee your date will still be available until confirmation of the order details.

‍ ‍Cancellation Policy:

-All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Final payment must be made no less than 72 hours before your pick up date.

-Should you need to cancel or reschedule your order, I require at least 3 day notice. Otherwise full payment may be required.

-In the rare event of severe weather, orders may have to be rescheduled.
